Create a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) for my website

I have a product based website with a FAQ section. I need you to rewrite/redevelop this section. Please NO PLACEHOLDER bids. You need to come up with fresh questions - i.e. real questions that a real user would/might have. In order to do this you first need to use the product and then compile the questions. Once you have complied the questions, you need to answer them. I want the Q&A to have some human touch and character to it. Not automated/corporate feel to it. I can easily see a good person for this job choosing to somehow categorize the questions. Ideally you would know HTML/CSS and maybe Javascript so as to present the questions in a ready-to-use format. If you dont, then we have an existing format that you can reuse but you will need to edit the text contents of the new page to include your new content. Links to past FAQs are more likely to win the job than a standard canned response with links to irrelevant past work. Thanks.
