Article writers with SEO knowledge - $1/500 words

I need experienced quality article writers on a LONG TERM basis to write articles on keywords I provide Few things to keep in mind 1) Title should be eye catchy, a small para of abstract and complete review article body. 2) I hope you understand basics of SEO. Articles must be be targeted towards keywords in the sales page and keyword density should be around 4%. 3) The article should pass copyspace restrictions. 4) I will be paying $1 per 500 words through paypal.
