Awesome Writer (Knowledgeable about Healthy Food/Diet) to Ghost Write Ebook About Kombucha / Fermented Foods

I'm looking for an experience ebook writer who's well versed in Ghostwriting ebooks to write an ebook for a website about Fermented Foods (specifically, Kombucha). The ebook will comprehensively cover everything to do about this topic -- such as how to make kombucha, how to flavor it, the benefits, the (factual) science behind it, give dozens of recipes, give troubleshooting help, and more. Basically, a go-to guide on the topic that pretty much covers everything, both for the beginner to the advanced brewer. I am NOT looking for a churn and burn ebook to sell. If you can say something in 10 words, you say it in 10 words, not 200. == The Research == You will be required to do the research as part of the project. However, I can provide a list of quality sites (including my own) that you can draw much of the research about. I will also send you several ebooks on the topic that you can also use for research too. I will provide you with the full outline of the book's content. I'll provide the ebook table of contents and chapters, and, in many cases, the sub sections for each chapter. I'll also put in bullet points for each chapter about what I want to see and how you will need to write it. I expect the book to be highly detailed with lots of specific, factually backed information and tutorials. == The Pay == This ebook will be 200 pages and about 50,000 words. For this ebook, I'll be paying roughly $2000 for this project. IF the work is good and we have a good thing going on, there may be more ebook opportunities related to food health. You will be paid in milestones (we'll divide the book into Parts / Sections with milestones released for each). With each section completed, you'll get via milestones until the final section is written and the last milestone is released. To get paid, I need to be completely satisfied with the content, style, and prose.
