Creative concept for short video ad!

This project is to come up with an idea for a marketing video (~30 to 60 seconds) to drive a significant impact in website activity/sales for a product. The product is a transparent film to protect smartphones and tablets. It is a premium product that provides greater protection than competitors and ease of application, while not detracting from the elegant design of these devices. Droptests have shown that this product provides superior results. We need an idea that would capture the importance of spending a little extra money to buy a product to protect your smartphone or tablet, arguably one of the most important devices someone owns. How important? In a recent popular survey of younger smartphone users, many said they would rather have their smartphone than a car to drive, would rather lose their wallet than their smartphone, and would rather be on facebook than go on a date! Bring your clever ideas! We would like to select an idea by end of day (eastern time zone) Monday! I would love to hear an idea that would be so entertaining and engaging that it could go viral, that viewers would want to post it to facebook, and share it with their friends. The product has broad appeal but we can think in terms of a 18-40 year-old demographic if that helps. The winner will be paid $300 and be involved in our creation of the video! There's an opportunity as well for regular contract work! You may submit either just a concept or a concept and script, either way. If we choose your concept we can always work together on a script (fairly easy for a 45-60 second video). Thanks for participating!
