Craigslist posting--Experience preferred

I am looking for someone experienced with successful Craigslist posting, please include your rates and past experience. I have a national editing/translation service with a few offices around the USA and advertise on about 11 craigslist cities, it would be under --gigs, editing/translation. All ads are already written and I have craigslist accounts already. I am looking for these ads to be deleted and posted once every two days, I have usually 11 ads (and 11 accounts), so 11 or 6 USA IP addresses needed. Each must be posted from a different USA IP address so my accounts are not removed, (or two can be from one IP address), so familiarity with craigslist and past long lasting experience needed.
