Looking for customer and technical support specialist for local network management software, long term cooperation is expected.
**Tasks:**
- provide the support by phone, online chat and email;
- be online 8 hours per day; 5 days/week, 8:00am-4:00pm (New York time)
- average daily work load should not exceed 2 hours/day! (i.e. the total time for email writing/chatting/calls etc.).
**Requirements:**
- fluent spoken and written English skills;
- experience in customer support;
- sales support experience (know how to prepare an invoice or quotation);
- experienced Windows and PC user;
- advanced technical skills (networking, software installation) are highly appreciated.
