Customer Service Manager We are an online motorcycle parts store. Currently experiencing growth and in need of a person to reply to customer emails, process orders and on-sell products to customer. All from the comfort of your own desk. Currently we need an employee 4 hours a day, Working hours are flexible. The following are vital skills for this role 1. Excellent grasp of the English language, specially grammar. 2. Excellent customer service skills 3. Knowledge of motorcycle parts (You will be tested).  Experience in: 1. Ebay 2. Emailing customer quotes 3. Motorcycle (preferred) or automotive industry experience Majority of work is done over the phone. Only 30 hours per week, $450 per month. Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines. Reply to this by detailing your experience from above only. If it doesn't contain these your application will be ignored.
