Copy content to a spreadsheet

We have a site with approx. 10,000 articles that need to be copied into a spreadsheet - note, there is no database for this site which is why we have to do it manually. We have downloaded the entire site so all the html files will be in one folder. We need the title, published date, author, intro text, full text and category copied to a spreadsheet. The deadline for this is Monday afternoon so please only bid if you have a team that complete it by then. We estimate it will take between 60-100 hours, so you will need a team of a least 2-3.
