Data Entry from PDF File

We have a scanned PDF document of names, addresses, emails and websites that we need entered into an Excel template. The addresses are in both english and french. The data is in 4 columns per page and approximately 7 addresses per column. There are 49 pages of data. Each address record is under three headings: Province, Department and City. A sample ,for layout illustration purposes only as it is not legible, of one of the pages is included as a graphic, as is the Excel template. Updated July 25th: I have updated the Excel template with an entry I have made from additional samples I have provided. The sample listing is an edited screen capture but represents what the listings look like. I have added the sample as a data entry example to the dataentrytemplate.xls. I used this link to enter the french characters: <[login to view URL]> ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
