The attached [login to view URL] file comprises many individual requirement statements. Each and every requirement statement needs to be entered into a separate cell in an excel worksheet (see examples in attached Excel RFP [login to view URL]). In some cases the requirement statement needs to be subdivided. Each statement should read as a full sentence by incorporating the point header, such as "The Proposer’s system of support, at a minimum, should include" into the start of each requirement (see examples in csv file).
