My offer: - I can convert files with GB's in size (virtual unlimited size) as the script uses fairly little and relative constant RAM memory with reasonable amount of CPU power and only enough disk space it is required; - I can deliver one large xlsx output file or/and multiple smaller files ( with fixed lines for ex. 50000 lines each except the last one) - for future conversions having the same xml structure or with little differences can be a 50% discount or more for volume orders - to be negotiated - or you can buy the script (current version used by me to generate the first files - with no additional changes) for an additional amount of 30$ but you should know that it's not created to be user friendly but instead it's created to do the job.
