Datamining and Categorising 3000 Websites onto an Excel Spreadsheet

I have an excel spreadsheet of 3000 websites and I need you to decide whether they are relevant to our business and also if they would suit our affiliate program. The task is simple but time-consuming, all you have to do is look at each website and decide if it's meets certain criteria. If it does then you mark the contact details on the spreadsheet next to the domain (such as email address or contact form URL) and if doesn't then you mark that on the spreadsheet. There is a 13 Step Process for each website so again this is very time-consuming work please do not bid unless you will complete the project in time. It's also essential that you have a working knowledge of excel are can read and write in English.
