Hi Papaya, I think I can do the work for you in 3 days. Actually It should be almost done in 1 day because I plan to use a VBA script to automate the the data transfer, that is, place data into new columns in the same row for each individual entry. I have kept those two extra days for manually cleaning up the result. If for any reason the script fails to differentiate between some entries, I'll go through them manually and edit/update them. But, if the source file is properly formatted and is uniform in nature, the script shall give a hundred percent error free result on the first run. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need further information. Also please let me know exactly how many columns (+ their names) you would like to see in the resulting sheet. Hello! I work as a Data Analyst for Microsoft and I use Excel every day. This is something I can definitely help with! With excel formulas, you can automatically parse data from one column into several. The great part about that, is that formulas will work in the future too. So, once I figure out the logic of the formula, you can paste new data in and you'll have it all separated out. I can have this done fairly quickly. I have two questions: Are there any characters between the items (like a comma, or a dash)? Could you send me a sample set of data?
