Build an email list of responsive targetted subscribers in USA for weight loss niche - open to bidding

I now need to build a targetted responsive list of subscribers with an interest in weight loss solutions and tips. My funnel including solo ad, squeeze page with a free offer and email series with 5 mails per week are already up (content writers are creating the first 26 weeks content) Target audiance is women in USA between 20-55 years.
