Article Distribution - Top 20 article directories

I am looking for someone or a team to distribute 30 articles to at least 20 of the top article directories by PageRank (Ezine, GoArticle, Buzzle, ArticleCity, ArticleDashboard, etc). I will not provide any logins for these directories.
All of these articles have been posted on my own website already. I will provide my website URL where all the articles can be found. You will be required to *CHANGE the existing title* to something of similar meaning, but not using the same keywords.
I will provide a generic Author Resource box. You will have to change one of the URLs to point to the original article on my site. You will need to change the Anchor text to match the main keywords in the Title of the original article.
In your bid, please provide a list of 20 article directories that you will submit to, and how long you expect this project to take you.
I expect completion in about 7 days. Please provide reports when completed. Thanks!
