Business leads needed

I need list of small to medium size businesses from 5 cities within California, USA. More information will be given to winning provider. I do not want large corporations or franchises. Only small private businesses such as sole proprietorship and LLC's. Types of businesses can include Dental offices, medical offices, Clothing Stores, Beauty Salons, Restaurants, Auto Shops, Law firms, Merchandise Stores, Hauling services, catering, architects, engineers, landscapers, etc. or any business that provides a service or product within the selected cities. IMPORTANT: Each business that you supply to me as a lead must have a company website. I will not pay for leads without a company website! I will need the business name, company website, owners name, street address and E-mail address. Leads must be fresh, not gathered months ago. You can supply the leads to me in any format, however I prefer this information on a excell spread sheet or CSV file. Please tell me how many leads you can provide for your bid amount. The provider who can get me the most leads at the lowest price will win the bid.
