Assistance Required Seeking Employment & Jobseeking

My client is an unskilled worker, having recently left college, who is seeking employment in the Cincinnati region of Ohio, USA. I require someone who is able to submit his resume to potential employers, write covering letters to help better advertise my client, contact potential employers in and around Downtown, Cincinnati, and to schedule interviews for my client. My client is disabled. It will not impair his ability to work, however.
