TASK 1 = WRITER REQUIRED TO WRITE 200 BLOG POSTS
We need 200 X 150 word blog posts written for UK property blogs.
We are targeting people who are looking to rent, sell or buy property
in various local areas within London UK. The blog posts must be
quality posts written based around the property market in London
with keyword contextual anchor text links inserted within the post.
We need 10 blog posts per blog. Not all posts will contain keywords
in the anchor text. Some posts will have naked URLs, branding links,
etc, etc. We will give you all link variations to use.
The blog posts cannot be written in poor quality English i.e. English
which is not grammatically correct. To see the quality or standard
of writing we require can you please take a look at a few of the local
area (i.e. local areas in London) property blogs below.........

We are going to base pay on $3 per 600 word article. This equates
to $0.75 per blog post (i.e. 150 words per post). Therefore pay for
this task = $150 i.e. $0.75 X 200 = $150 Total
NOTE – We will ask you write 4 blog posts first as a small test. We
will pay you $3 (Via PayPal) for the 4 blog posts. If we are happy with
the quality of your writing we will give you the other 196 blog posts to
write.
TASK 2 = RESEARCH & CREATE ANCHOR TEXT LINKS ON 65 PAGES
We have about 63 pages on our wordpress property portal and we want
to create internal links between these 63 pages for better onsite SEO.
We have 63 pages on our property website and each page is targeting a
different local area. For example; if we choose a local area called "Dalston".
We will give you the postcode for the "Dalston" area. We will then give
you a website where you will see other local areas in the same postcode.
You must then choose 4 areas surrounding "Dalston" and create 4
keyword anchor text links on that page (In a designated grey box) linking
to 4 other pages on our website.

You must have good research and data entry skills + be familiar with
editing and creating hyper links in wordpress. In order to do this task
we will give you a small test first to make sure you can research the 4
local areas and correctly create the right anchor text keywords on a
local area page.
We will pay you $0.80 per page (i.e. 4 anchor text keywords per page).
There are 65 pages so this will equate to $52 for this task.
All monies for both tasks will be paid via Freelancer escrow. Funds
will only be releases when we are 100% satisfied with your work.
