Build a template for a datatbase for a property maintenance service company

I have extensive experience with Access and could probably complete this project in less time than I've bid. If you don't have this program, you can download a free program from Microsoft called Access Runtime in order to run the program I will build for you. My proposal assumes that you're printing out the tickets for your service folks, (you could do email too) that only one person will be using the program at a time, and you won't need more security than a simple file password.
