Data Entry/ Image Uploader

I need someone (max 2 persons) to upload, tag, and publish images in a web application for me. FEEDBACK ONLY PREFERRED. I WILL ESCROW! Requirements : TIME, Fast Internet, a Find Replace text utility such as Word, Firefox or IE with Tabs, since without tabs job is very long. I WILL GIVE YOU COMPLETE DIRECTIONS. I need a person to take time, and not rush this. I will pay for quality !!!! My budget is 30 dollars, the project is of about 5-7 hours, but can be finished earlier if done faster. There will be more similar to this project, i will pay after every project completed. The web application, does not allow multiple computers, except when doing different steps such as : uploading and publishing. So Either 1 person can upload, and other can publish right after the uploader. The project is tidious, once you get the hang of it, its fairly easy. You will also need Word to Find/Replace tags for the uploaded images. PM me and i can discuss more details/tell you which application and you can study.
