We need customer service reps to handle the dispatching for our restaurant delivery companies. We need 72 hours, 7 days a week covered. Our operating time is 11:00 am - 9:00 pm Sunday through Thursday and 11:00 am -10:00 pm Friday and Saturday Eastern Standard Time USA.

I have been a customer service agent for about 8 years. I am trained in the British, American and Austrian Accents so a Native American’s accent is easy. Besides, I have experience in various processes both technical and non-technical. In terms of technical experience, it is Tier 3 ATT ConnecTech support. This is a level of support nobody in technical backgrounds provides these days. Besides that, notably I have also worked with sales processes. In both of these ATT processes, I have been a process trainer and a voice and accent trainer. With the best agent and trainer awards, I have also gone through two different training certification programs, which means I'm the best at what I do - Customer Service!! P.S. Hello, my name is Hannah Collins and I am interested in finding a Virtual Assistant job. I believe I am qualified based upon the work I did in reception, which included doing a lot of office work, involving work on the computer, making calls and taking calls, and work on the website. Currently I am an Education major, with the hopes of obtaining a Spanish minor and graduating in the spring of 2019. When I graduate I would like to be an elementary school teacher, so currently that is what I am pursuing. I volunteered with School on Wheels in the fall of 2015 as a tutor, and before that I worked at an apartment complex as a receptionist. Before that, I worked at a retail store as a sales associate. My volunteer work with School on Wheels taught me how to be positive and supportive, and a teaching aspect. As a receptionist I learned basic office skills such as filing, faxing, answering phones and how to keep an office orderly, and my retail job taught me customer service skills. I would enjoy any opportunity I am given and I hope to make a contribution where I work. I am a hard worker and a quick learner, and I believe I could be an asset if given the opportunity.
