Hi, I can do it perfectly. I am a programmer with more than 10 years of expertise in PHP and 2 years with Betfair web applications. I have solved getting market data without the Betfair API and user data to solve the queries limit. So you could choose between both options to query market info, using API with your username or not. But in your case it is more interesting not using the API (unless you have a Betfair unlimited query account) because it is possible to scan all matches in less time (without have to wait the 60 seconds between 10-20 queries allowed by minute). The application will have an option to select the markets you want to collect (or all of them), the seconds interval to get data, and from what time it must start to do it. Even you could choose to scan or not during the event take place. It will collect the odds and the amount available. The info will be saved into the database, and you could get the info to Excel or doing queries into the application. I will include some dynamic graps to see it graphically if you want!
