Clean up 385 Soundcloud uploads

I've recently uploaded 385 files to SoundCloud which need to be manually processed. You can see a portion of these uploads here: [login to view URL]
The edits needed are as follows:
- Edit title to remove ".mp3"
- If the title has a date included, edit to fit the format Name - Month, Year. (Example: "Amilya Antonetti - [login to view URL]" becomes "Amilya Antonetti - March 2010")
- Edit URL to remove "-mp3"
- Enter descriptions for each interview if applicable (You will be provided with an Excel spreadsheet of 21 descriptions)
- Set Type to Podcast
- Set Genre to Interview
- All files should be made Public
