1. Need a simple way to organize and filter data from an excel spreadsheet.
2. The database should be able to run queries to filter and sort the data available by the headings already entered in excel. (see data_sample attachment)
3. The database should be able to upload new/additional data from excel.
4. If possible, the database should be accessed from a front-facing website with a log-in name required.
