Need an excel spreadsheet that can forecast a Call Centre from now out to the end of 2014. You will need detailed knowledge of how to forecast Call Centres including what GOS, ASA, AHT all mean. Will need your guidance and knowledge on what should be included in the spreadsheet. Tool doesn't have to have Macros and a well set out and easy to follow spreadsheet is fine.
