I have expertise in R an excel and can do clustering-K means and heirarchial and classification ,PCA on clinical data to gain insights. Hi, I have done several data mining projects using WEKA, you can look at my profile and feedbacks as most o my works in data mining techniques application using WEKA. I can apply WEKA 'attribute Selection' techniques prior to applying clustering. I already have worked on 'Cancer Patient Dataset' analysis using Data mining techniques(Data Preprocessing, Frequent Item-set Mining, Classification and clustering etc) in RapidMiner.
