DealCatcher Clone - RSS Feeds Skilled Required

I'd like to make a Clone of [login to view URL] but with a different look and feel. The color scheme and layout will be different but the scripts should be similar. It will have all the same capabilites with RSS Feeds, data feeds etc... Every page needs to be dynamic and database driven. Capabilities include searching, sorting and it needs a admin page for link creations... I need people with feeds experience and graphic design skill to work on this.
