I need a small utility (exe and Delphi 2010/Firebird/Fibplus/MyDAC compatible source code) which does the following:
Connect to a local FDB database
Every x minutes connect to a webserver, and update a mysql table with data from a table in the local FDB file.
Utility should run in the system tray.
Very simple project, fixed budget 40 USD. Plenty of follow up work if this project goes well.
