Delphi Professional Wanted

I have a small Franchise Group of 10 stores. We have 2 full time computer guys that work for the company developing and maintaining the software that our business runs on. The software that we are using was written in Visual dBase (a 1995 language) which is at the limits of it’s capabilities. It also has some components written in dbase plus. We are intending to re-write the entire program in Delphi with an Interbase back end. We are looking for the right person, or right team to help us with this. We would pay you on an hourly or weekly rate. Please just bid the minimum amount and PM me what you would want to work on an hourly or weekly rate. :)
