Delphi email parsing component

Hi there, I need a simple Delphi 2010 compatible component which continuously monitors a POP3 mailbox (details will be provided) and downloads any emails received by that account. Once an email has been retrieved, (1) the email then has to be parsed line by line for certain commands and parameters (commands and syntax will be provided later). Command parameters identified to be copied into a TList or array. (2) Once the TList/Array has been populated, a CASE statement or IF/THEN structure should go through all items interpret the results, execute certain actions based on each command and parameters. (3) The only commands you have to implement are (a) to send out an email using a different email account (SMTP) using the Chilkat Mail component; and (b) using the Chilkat ActiveX MHT component download a simple HTML webpage, then convert it to a MHT file, then save this MHT file to disk and then convert the MHT file to an HTML email body and then send this email using the Chilkat Mail component. In case you are not familiar with the Chilkat components please download the trial version from their website. Please note that you MUST use these two Chilkat components.
