I'm looking to create a webpage with search forms, to search a library of documents and associated metadata. This information is on a .gov website so I also may need someone with web scraping skills. Search form needs to enable full text Boolean search with proximity operators (AND, OR, NOT, w/5 (within 5 words), p/5 (preceding by 5 words), wildcard /truncation, etc.
