Design state of the art natural / propane gas ignition system

Hello, Have a nice day. We are R&D (Research and Development) team. We will assit you in this Project. Following will be Deliverables from our side. 1. Detailed Schematics (EAGLE CAD or Proteus[ we preffer Proteus as it supports Simulation of MCU and other Electronic Modules / Components]) 2. Bill Of Material from Digikey, Farnell and Mouser in Quantity of 100, 1000 and 10,000 pieces. 3. PCB layout and Gerber files (PDF version of Gerbers will also be given, so that any one having Acrobat reader installed on PC can view the Gerber files). 4. 3D renders of PCB (to see the Appropriate Placement of Components). 5. A Demo of working Model (We will build the hardware and an on line Demo on Skype will be given). Further more we have highly skilled team to work on such Projects. As a hint " We can anlyze the color of Flame to detect the Proper combustion, Blue Colored Flame Produces good combustion" If combustion is improper we have to regulate the fuel or we have to regulate Air Intake. HI I'm Chamika , and let me Introduce me and my works with Employers , I'm Electronic Engineer from University Of Moratuwa , Currently I'm Developing UAVs for Production with collaborate with two companies. I have done several Industrial Projects (ROBOTs , UAVs, Bio medical, Consumer Electronics) you can see some of them in my Portfolio as well . Have done several Prototypes to the production .Once we success with Prototyping we have to make sure it can manufacture . So the developer should have the knowledge with Manufacturing as well .I have extensive knowledge with several PCB design Softwares and simulators I can use that Knowledge to give you best support , So in your project we can use the 1) Thermocouple to measure the temperature as the temperature should measure in fast way and temperature range also high 2) CDI ignition for ignition method as it is supper fast than other ignition method , very easy to control with micro controller as well 3) flow rate is measure with the gas flow sensor 4) The ignition frequency and the flow rate is determine on temperature Several Other steps to be discuss depending on final application .
