Create a Quiz on Google Forms

Create a Quiz on Google Forms using existing information. Time required: ±2 hours Skills you will need: - Opening .PNG screenshots, cropping them, adding text labels, and saving as .JPGs - Creating a Google Form - Attention to detail What I will supply: - Screenshots (.PNGs) in a zipped file: [login to view URL] - Google Form template: I will provide the link in chat Instructions: I need your help to create a quiz on Google forms using existing information saved as screenshots. I'd like you to do a small sample of work first for me to check. Then with my approval you can complete the rest. 1. Open the Google Form template provided and check out the examples I've made - I will provide the link to the Google Form via chat 2. Crop images 2.1 Open attached images, crop section "Which drawing does not belong?", save cropped section as a .JPG 2.2 If cropped section contains yellow highlighting, remove it by cropping and relabelling the boxes a, b, c, d, e, f. and save it as a .JPG (without yellow). Be sure to do a good job. I don't want to be able to see which box had the yellow highlighting. In my example I have done a BAD job of question 2. It's clear I covered up the yellow box d. I don't want to be able to see this in yours as it will allow people to cheat the test. 2.3 Repeat for 3 questions then STOP. Move onto step 3 so that you can complete a small sample of your work to share with me. I want to check it before you do all of them. 2.4 Save all the .JPGs (without yellow) into a folder. 3. Upload to Google Form template 3.1 Once you have gotten the images ready, open the Google Form template and create a new question like my examples (picture on top, titled: Which drawing does not belong?, Question number below with multiple choice options a, b, c, d, e, f) 3.1 Repeat for 3 questions then STOP and send to me as a sample so I can check. 4. Get feedback from me on your sample. 5. With my approval, repeat for all 36 questions. Please ask me any questions you have at the beginning so that we get this right first time. Thanks Gilbert
