We require an Order Form to be created in pdf (or maybe excel). The main feature being this: When an item is chosen from a drop down, it will then give a second new category of drop downs. Then when this is chosen, it will give a third category of drop downs. When this is chosen, it will then give a fourth category of drop downs. When all options are chosen, there could be 4 or 5 chosen fields in a row indicating all the attributes of the 1 product (we are referring to a kit product), with the final field being Number of items ordered (or quantity). If you know how to do this in excel or pdf I would be interested in hearing from you.
