Hi, I think I can port the open kinect code to Android for you and supply a sample application that demos showing a picture on the screen that you can touch with the kinect. The bid is high because I will need to purchase the hardware. You will need to make sure your Android device has USB host mode and it's possible you will also need root access on the devices.
