I have already designed a multi-way high speed 24 bit data acquisition system that transmits all the data to the PC via the USB 3.0 port. I designed and built, the analog frontend, the fpga programming and the interface to the USB3 port. The data is then processed and shown with a python script. Hope to hear from you soon.
