I want a step down DC-DC power supply design with 2 different type of prototype. The circuit will work with input power range of 9-70 volt and will switch off the circuit automatically if power goes below 9 volt or above 70 volt. The circuit will give constant output of 12 volt. The current output of circuit is between 1-2 Ampere and input current can be max 3 A I do not want schematic only. I will need prototype of the circuit (5 piece ) and will test the same for 1 week. If the same works properly, I will request for schematic and once the product made from the schematic given work for 1 week, will consider the project completed. I will prefer someone in India so we can get the material easily and reduce the communication time. The BOM of the supply need to be below 250 Rs. I will consider the project cost as 100*BOM Cost+Development cost to derive the lowest price bidder. I like to know your experience with power supply design and prefer who have worked with SMPS and automobile electronics.

The expected BOM cost will be around 200 Rupees and bid amount includes designing the schematic, development of the PCB layout and supplying you 3 nos prototype on home brew PCB. I think to validate the design, 3 nos is more than adequate for the purpose. It will be EE16/EE20 ferrite transformer based non isolated design. I have electronic load, digital scope and testing power supply so I will do the first phase of testing before delivery. My only request is, recently I had very bad experience with an Indian regarding payment. So please dont consider offering me the job in case if you are reluctant to add the money in milestone at the time of offering the job. Yes, you dont need to release it soon after I deliver the product. I will send it to you, test it for a week and then release it. The cutoff voltages will be 9V and 70V and will deliver 12/2Amp output. Please note that when operating at input 9V area and output still draws 12V/2Amp, then input current may not be exactly 3Amp, but will be little higher than that. at this BOM price, synchronized DC-DC conversion is not possible which will add more cost to the BOM as well as to the designing fees. dear sir, i am an electronics engineer. i have designed linear amplifier cards which included a wide range dc dc converter circuit. u have designed emi emc compliant electronic systems. i am from your home country. feel free to tell me more about the system. Dear Sir, I have designed the circuit for 9-70V input and 12V output. Per unit cost of the board will be around 800 Rs for original components and 550 for generic components. I have already designed and performed psipice simulation for the circuit for 12V/2A output. The cost of 5 no of board will be 4000 rs. My design charge of circuit in EAGLE, layout charge etc will be 6000 rs. and 1000 is the website fee. That makes it 11,000. I am from your home country and southern part it. Kindly ask for any other clarrification
