Hi, I have read your specification and there appears to be no particular dificulties in building what you need, however there are a few details missing, in particular the power you want from the LEDs and if you are expecting this project to be built and delivered or just a design. I would strongly recommend that the powersupplies you will need be open fram devices from a reputable manufacturer such as 'Meanwell' and that the ddevelopment be concentrated in the specification and the DMX to LED interface.
