Hi,
i want to build a robotic arm that sits on my desk. The functional requirements are:
1. Arduino controller.
2. 9 degrees of freedom
3. Body is built out of plastic parts (custom designed, i.e not plexiglass or anything similar)
4. Wingspan is 1 meter from base in ever direction.
5. Wall adapter
6. Detects 5 different objects, predefined by the user i.e pencil, notebook, trash etc.. , and places them in their rightful position on the desk
7. Object detection uses vision toolboxes in Matlab. All coding done with matlab, besides firmware for the board if necessary.
8. Usb connection
Assume that the controller platform is plugged into the computer at all times, and that Matlab is operating. I would like to bring this to full prototype development, and have all the necessary files, and completed works ready to send to a manufacturing company.
