Automating Email triggers and linking with Analytics

I have an Engineering Website, I would like to do marketing to vast number of clients, in doing that a remote guy builds the database. I want to restrict the view of certain columns of the database to certain users ( 3 users max). I would like to set on automatic triggers so that emails keeps on going on some adjustable Intervals. Each emails are tracked through analtytics and simulatenoud entries are automatically entered into the database, whether a person opened a particular email, a person visited my website. etc It should be made in such a manner such that it can be customized , reengineered to suit particular requirements in the future.
