Convert a Word Newsletter Template into a customised version for me

Hi I have a word newsletter template that I want customising. The newsletter tempalte is called "school newsletter" and is available at [login to view URL]:2|ai:TC001070849| I want to keep the basic look, design and colors. But I need some changes to it: 1. I need it to have page 2 of the document inserted an extar 3 times. 2. I need to have the last page of the document redesigned. So that the "envelope" is taken out completely and the 2 long long text columns come down the page to the bottom. 3. I NEED THE FINISHED DOCUMENT SENT TO ME IN A NORMAL WORD DOCUMENT SO I CAN ADD STUFF, MOVE IT AROUND ETC. NOT AS A TEMPLATE WHICH I CANNOT DO MUCH WITH. Thanks John
