build a website, you can use open source software(repost)

HI, i need a website developed in php. The website is about food, the cuisine of a certain country, what i will be doing is sharing my videos, pictures, recipes, a blog section. every couple of days a new video will be posted, these videos need to be displayed on the site in a chronological order. for memory purposes i will be uploading the videos to youtube first and then coying the link to the website. for the photos, it will be like facebook I or a user can upload a photo and it will allow comments. It will also have a section where people can share their own recipes, when they click on this link it will take their name, where they live and then display their recipe. I am aware that alot of people hate registering for a website, most people have a facebook or google account, so it should allow them to login through these sites. it order to accept a bid, i need a mockup design, nothing important, just a mockup, what is important to me is the functionality and the structure of the site. So if you are interested in this project please accompany your bid with an attachment of the mockup. As i said it does not have to be for the whole website just a homepage will be fine. and also please tell me what you will use for each section. for example for comments you could use disqus.
