I need a free standing mezzanine designed in detail and a list of materials would be great too.

Requirments:

- 10' deep

- 12' wide (joist spans)

- 9' clearance underneath

- Lumber Construction

- 4'x8' sheets of expanded metal for decking

- Capable of supporting up to 4000lbs evenly distributed.

See attached rough drawing from the top down. This is freestanding sitting on concrete. It will have a wall behind and on both sides. It will not connect to the three walls. It needs to be above and below only from one side. No stairs or ladder need to be drawn.
