arrange elegant tea party with healthy food in nice venue - mainly tea and coffee but beer and wine also served. Not a seated affair. Hours from 4pm to 7pm preferably in eastern suburbs. I'm looking for a planner with good ideas who can make a memorable party without breaking the bank. Please send references for similar events
