Objective: Bill Passing Module The module will feature the following functions:  Import Excel file in database. Perform basic input validation - criteria (to be specified by us). On mismatch, display detailed error messages on the discrepancies in an error log file eg. <Row No.>, <Column No.> has Incorrect field value/ duplicate entry/ blank row/ data type mismatch/ etc.  For a particular Vendor Name inputted; fetch all Vendor related records. Single Vendor could have supplied multiple times but raised a single invoice on us. Select which all records are to be tagged for processing. Accept corresponding Bill Passing Record information. Generate PR No. and Save.  Provide an option to download file as Excel (Note: Maintain same structure with updated information and system info.)  Provision to update and maintain related Masters.
