We are interested to work on this project, please find my comments inline with yours,
1.I am looking for a Tracker to track my Supervisors quality Completion.
=>Ok
2.Example. I have 13 supervisors broken down into 6 PODS /groups with , and multiple Clients.
=>Ok
3.I would to be able to click on a POD, and have that PODS clients and reps display and a percentage of calls graded completed.
=>I assume that, when we click on POD button then it will displays the all supervisor list, When you click one of the supervisor then it will display the his/her clients list.
4. For Instance- POD 1- Jane Doe is supervisor, Her clients - Purell, Papermate, socks, cell phones, and Glue. She has 13 reps that she grades calls for.
=>Ok
5.I need to know how many calls have she completed on a weekly basis for the previous week.
=>Ok
6.I was thinking maybe some type of Dashboard?? Any help would be great
=>Yes, we can display this is on the dashboard or we can search the previous week reps by filtering the supervisors. Let me know that version of the MS-Access (MS-Access 2003 or 2007 or onwards) you will prefer? Let me know that do you want front end and back end are separated or combined? (Front end contains forms, modules, reports and Back end contains only tables)
I recommend you, it is better to keep both separated because it makes the maintenance of project simple. The data is separated from the application (forms, reports). When you get newer ver
