Collect contact information for two lists of organisations

Our company is assessing building energy efficiency of hospitals and schools across Queensland, Australia. To do this we are going to send an email out a free energy efficiency benchmarking survey to various private hospitals and schools that own building.
We have two publicly available lists (private hospitals here: [login to view URL], private schools here: [login to view URL]) that we would like someone (you) to go through to collect information about contacts from the organisations.
I've attached the excel file we want the data to be entered into. It has two of the schools already filled in. Green indicates the fields that we require from the dump. Please select Education for schools or Health for hospitals in the 'Industry' field.
It should be easy enough to get the organisation name, phone, address etc. from the lists, then for the actual contact, the minimum we would need is an email, it's much preferred if you could get the email and information about the actual CEO, CFO, COO, Business Manager, Facility Manager of the organisation. If you are able to get more than one, just fill out multiple rows. If you find their contact details from a site other than the organisation's website, please paste the website you found it from in an 'extra info' column to the right
Also if there is any other useful information that doesn't quite fit into the columns I've got, feel free to add it into extra columns on the right
