We have 2 email lists - one is 43,000 contacts & is a subset of a larger list of 65,000 contacts. The 43,000 contacts list has only 2 columns - name & email id, where as the 65,000 contacts list has more details like name, email id, phone number, address, city, country, business website, & business name.
As a first step we want you to add the other details from the 65,000 list to the 43,000 list like phone number, address, city, country, business website, & business name. You can do this using excel vlookup or INDEX formulas or anything else. This 43,000 list after adding the above details will become an "Updated 43,000 List".
The second step is to get the country & City column filled for the "Updated 43,000 contacts list". You can do this by pinging the email servers or by any other means to figure out the email addresses' City & Country. Kindly note that there are contacts that already have this data available, we want it for all contacts in the list.
Kindly note that the final output has to be the 43,000 contacts list which has the details from the 65,000 list & also has the city & country for all the email contacts.

We have reviewed the requirements thoroughly and have understood the requirements.
The first part of the job can be accomplished swiftly using Vloop/Index function and we fetch address,phone, city,country details from the 63 K record file.
However, the major task here is to find city and country details for all those listings in 43 K record file which could not be populated using 63 record file. So, the cost here will entirely depend on the number of records which are without city/country details.
So, we would like to provide quote only after the first step is complete.
