Create Formula's in Excel Workbook

I have created a basic workbook that I require formulas and functions to link sheets.

Tab 1 - Summary.

Tab 2 - Details

Tab 3 - Open Action Items

Tab 1 - Summary

I would like a page that illustrates the list of items specified. This should be in a table and graphs.

Tab 2 - Details

This is where all mannual data will be entered. Other two tabs will rely on this tab for data input and formula/function linking

Tab 3 - Open Action Items

If an item is specified as being "Open" in Tab 2 "Details", column "I" then I will need a function to link this to Tab 3 "Open Item"

If possible when an Open Action Item is closed in Tab 3 - "Open Items" in Column "H" then I would like it to then enter the word "Closed" in Tab 2 "Details" Coumn "I"
