Customised Excel Reporting Tool



We are looking to build an Excel to allow us to capture donation information and generate donor reports. Key functionality include the following:

- key in data via input form

- data validation for certain fields (e.g. date of birth, identity number, date, category of donation)

- export individual records to mail merge and allow printing of receipt

- generate report based on period, type of donation etc

- lock the master data file and modification can only be done through separate button

- have audit trail of modification

User requirements have been documented currently. The timeline is pretty short. Process requirement:

1 online kick off session to go through requirements

1st draft by 14 Nov

1 review and clarification call on 15 Nov

2nd draft by 17 Nov

To finalise by 18 Nov
